Our online HR support involves one-on-one coaching to implement the identified HR Consulting support Activity and deliverables as outlined in the below table.  It is recommended that you select the phases are completed, per company to provide a systematic approach.

When it comes to Services, we created a timetable in our week and broke the options down as follows:

Private Consultations 2:30 – 4:30 pm 60min each Mon and Wed

Existing clients consultations 12h00 – 1pm Mon, Tues, Fri (30 or 60 mins only) 

Potential client Interviews/enquiries: 2:30 – 4:30pm Tues,  (15mins only)

Organisational structure development and workforce planning

  • Coaching session on how to develop an organisational structure and a workforce plan.

Session 2 – 1 hour

  • Review the completed organisational structure and workforce plan.

Recruitment and Onboarding Techniques

Session 1 – 2 hours

  • Practical session on recruitment and on-boarding a new employee

Job descriptions

Job description development

Session 1 – 1 hour

  • Practical session on how to compile a job description using a standard template.

Session 2 – 2 hours

  • Review existing and or completed job descriptions after the training (capped at an allocation of 3 hours).

Employment Contracts

Employee contract of employment and conditions of employment

Session 1 – 2 hours

  • Providing an overview of the legal requirements for an employee contract of employment and cover the company conditions of employment.

Session 2 – 2 hours

  • Evaluating the current standard employee contract in line with legal compliance to check if legally compliant and to identify gaps.
  • Provide an employee contract if none is available.
  • Review the updated contract that can be used as a standard going forward.

Skills Development

Managing skills development

  • Give an overview on skills audit, tips on developing the company a training plan and tracking progress using a skills matrix
