Skills Development

We implement various skills development projects, from training funding applications with MERSETA to conducting skills audits, offering bespoke HR workshops for entrepreneurs and practical HR coaching.

We provide HR coaching and mentoring to business owners or Managers, on HR related matters.

Apprenticeship implementation

We audit the existing HR processes to address the shortcomings, initially to meet the statutory requirements and then to align the business to HR best practice through the implementation of identified HR processes and assisting dispute and labour relations support.

We assist with training grant funding applications with MERSETA and also the implementation of apprenticeship programmes in the following trades: Fitter and Turner; Tool, Jig and Die Maker; Electrician; Millwright; Motor Mechanic.

HR Strategic Management
